On Monday, April 18, 2016, the President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Engr. Otis Anyaeji, FNSE, FAEng, paid a courtesy visit to the Ambassador/Head of Delegation of the European Union Delegation to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Mr. Michel Arrion in Abuja.
The visit was in continuation of the President’s outreach in propagating the significance of engineering to national development. The EU, being an influential international developmental bloc, is considered a very relevant partner in NSE’s campaign.
Mr. Arrion assured of the EU Delegations willingness to intervene in several areas such as Capacity Building, Research and Infrastructure Assessment.
