• SCOPE OF SUPPLY/WORK

Lot 1  Production of customized Fellowship scrolls with the following specifications:

• Customized with NSE Logo and colours
• The size is 45mm diameter x 305mm long

Lot 2 Supply of stationaries to the Nigerian Society of Engineers (Headquarters)

• A4 Paper (15 cartons, Paper One, 80 grammage)

• 05A Toner Cartridge (6 Packs, Amida)
• 106A Toner Cartridge (5 Packs, HP)

• ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of Company’s income Tax Certificate for the last 3 years (2019, 2020, & 2021)
3. Evidence of current Industrial training fund (ITF) compliance certificate
4. Evidence of NSITF and PENCOM compliance certificate
5. Evidence of registration with NSE
6. Record of experience

• SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Prospective bidders are to submit, two (2) bound hard copies of the Technical and Financial bids in separate sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or ‘’Financial Bid” 

Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes in a bigger sealed envelope marked as ‘Lot 1 or Lot 2” addressed to:

Executive Secretary,

Nigerian Society of Engineers,

Off National Mosque-Labour House Road,

Central Business District,

Abuja.

Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated ‘’Tenders Box’’ in the above address not later than 12:00 noon, Friday, 3rd June, 2022

• OPENING OF BIDS

Technical and Financial bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Friday, 16^th May, 2022, in the Auditorium of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Off National Mosque-Labour House Road, Central Business District, Abuja, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

• GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Bids must be submitted in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder
2. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened
3. The Nigerian Society of Engineers, will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party (ies) in connection with any response to this invitation and or the preparation or submission in response to any inquiry;
4. Bid documents can be submitted through post (courier services);
5. Only pre-qualified bidders will be contacted at a later date for financial bids opening, while financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened;
6. The Nigerian Society of Engineers Headquarters, is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities.
