The Nigerian Society of Engineers (Headquarters), hereby invites experienced and competent contractors to submit bids for the Provision of
Security services for Nigerian Society Engineers Phase Headquarters
- SCOPE OF SUPPLY/WORK
Lot 1 Provision of Twelve (12) security guards to provide 24 hours security services on day and night shifts basis.
- ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Evidence of registration with Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corp. (NSCDC)
- Evidence of Company’s income Tax Certificate for the last 3 years (2019, 2020, & 2021)
- Evidence of current Industrial training fund (ITF) compliance certificate
- Evidence of NSITF and PENCOM compliance certificate
- Evidence of registration with NSE
- Record of experience
- SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit, two (2) bound hard copies of the Technical and Financial bids in separate sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or ‘’Financial Bid”
Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes in a bigger sealed envelope marked as ‘PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES” addressed to:
Executive Secretary,
Nigerian Society of Engineers,
Off National Mosque-Labour House Road,
Central Business District,
Abuja.
Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated ‘’Tenders Box’’ in the above address not later than 12:00 noon, Friday, 3rd June, 2022
- OPENING OF BIDS
Technical and Financial bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 6th June, 2022, in the Auditorium of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Off National Mosque-Labour House Road, Central Business District, Abuja. All bidders or their representatives are requested to be present at the bid opening event.
- GENERAL INFORMATION
- Bids must be submitted in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder
- Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened
- The Nigerian Society of Engineers, will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party (ies) in connection with any response to this invitation and or the preparation or submission in response to any inquiry;
- Financial bids of un-successful bidders at the Technical bid opening session will be returned un-opened;
- The Nigerian Society of Engineers Headquarters, is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities.
